I currently lead Marketing Design at The Telegraph, directing a seven-person multidisciplinary team across design, motion, illustration and copy. Together, we shape how the brand shows up through campaigns, editorial propositions, products and customer experiences.
Previously, I was Senior Art Director at Adobe Studio EMEA. Before that, I moved between agency and in-house roles across technology, advertising, media and lifestyle, making work for brands including Adobe, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Birra Moretti and De’Longhi.
Over 15 years, I’ve learnt that a strong idea is only the beginning. Good creative leadership gives it a clear point of view, builds the system that helps it travel and gives talented people the space to make it better. I lead teams, build distinctive creative worlds and still like getting close enough to the work to make things myself.
I’m Italian, trained in art and design in Bologna and now live in London. When I’m not working, I’m usually running, lifting, riding across town or planning something I wish I’d have time to do.
